We understand there are multiple factors in your life affecting your
financial situation. Our office is making a sincere effort to keep the
cost of your dental care affordable. Our fees are structured to reflect
the actual time, materials and laboratory work required for treatment.
As with most professional services providers, payment is due at the time
of treatment.
Payment options include:
- Cash and checks - A 10% discount is offered to *qualifying accounts, when paying with cash or check.
- Major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. A 5% discount is offered to
*qualifying accounts, when paying with a credit card,
- When dental treatment needed exceeds your budget, our financial manager can assist you in making
alternative arrangements with a third party finance company, CareCredit, which offers a flexible payment
plan allowing you to start treatment today and spread the payments over time. CareCredit offers both no
interest and low interest options, and an application only takes a few minutes.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims with your primary carrier. We can provide the necessary forms for your secondary carrier. We have a great working relationship with insurance companies and will be happy to work with your insurance provider to ensure you receive the maximum possible coverage for needed and desired treatment. We ask that you pay the estimated amount not covered by your insurance at the time of each of your appointments. We also stress that insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and that you are ultimately responsible for paying in full for all of the services you receive.
* To be a qualifying account, your balance must be zero prior to entering the charges for that day's procedures.
